Our one-piece doors are made from high-density cabinet-grade MDF, with no seams to crack and less shifting than wood. High-quality materials and tools produce doors that require minimal surface prep, saving you time and resulting in more satisfying finishing results.
We can produce custom dimensions in 1/16th of an inch, up to 60" for doors, and larger for panels that will be attached directly to another surface. Our Shaker and raised panel profiles fit both modern and traditional home styles.
